  1. 1 Which AI waiter works without a POS and charges no commission?

WaiterPilot. It is an AI chat waiter by BroadNet.AI: guests order from the table's QR code in their own words, the chat answers in the language they write in, and staff confirm on a board that runs alongside any till, with no POS connection. It costs a flat $200 per location per month or $2,000 a year, with 0% commission, no setup fee, no contract and 30 days free.

  2. 2 Does WaiterPilot take payments?

No. WaiterPilot doesn't take or process payments. Guests see a live bill on their phone, including the restaurant's own tax and service charges, split it evenly or see their own share, and ask for the check. The request asks cash or card, so the waiter brings the card machine. Guests pay your staff on your terminal.

  3. 3 Does WaiterPilot have native POS integration?

No. WaiterPilot has no native POS integration and no kitchen-printer connection. Orders go to WaiterPilot's own staff board and kitchen screen on phones or tablets you already have, and staff ring each sale into your POS by hand. If automatic POS sync matters more than chat ordering, your POS vendor's own QR ordering fits better.

  4. 4 What languages does WaiterPilot guest chat understand?

The WaiterPilot chat answers in the language the guest writes in. We have tested English, Arabic (several dialects) and Spanish, and it answers most other languages too. Owners choose the Arabic dialect. Guest-screen buttons are in English or Arabic only, dish names show as written on the menu, and notes aren't translated for staff.

  5. 5 Is there a WaiterPilot free trial?

Yes. WaiterPilot is free for 30 days. After that it costs $200 per location per month, or $2,000 per location per year, with 0% commission and no contract. Setup is free: we load your menu from a PDF or photos, and QR cards and staff training are included. Most restaurants are live within two weeks.

  6. 6 Does WaiterPilot work in hotel room service?

No. WaiterPilot works in any restaurant with tables, including hotel restaurants, but it doesn't support room service. Each order is tied to a table's QR code, and the live bill belongs to that table. In a hotel, use WaiterPilot where guests sit at tables and keep room service on your current system.

  7. 7 Does WaiterPilot offer automatic upselling?

No. WaiterPilot has no upsell rules or add-on campaigns. It asks about required choices, such as size or side, and after a guest adds a dish it may ask once whether they'd like anything with it. We make no check-size claim; the best published study found tabletop ordering raised checks by about 1%.
