How much does WaiterPilot cost?
$200 per location per month, after 30 days free. Setup, menu loading, QR cards and staff training cost nothing. There is no contract, no commission on your orders and no tax added, so a busy month costs the same as a quiet one.
One location, one price
What does the $200 include?
Everything a location needs to take table orders by chat, for all your tables and guests.
- Guest ordering by chat on the guest's own phone, from the QR code on the table, with answers from your menu, in the guest's own language.
- The staff board, kitchen screen and floor screen on phones or tablets you already have. No hardware to buy.
- Waiter calls, check requests and the live bill with tax and any service charge or gratuity you set, split evenly or by each guest's share.
- Sold-out control from the owner's or manager's phone; WaiterPilot stops offering the dish right away.
- Owner reports busy hours, top dishes, what guests asked for that isn't on your menu, and how fast your team responds.
- Setup, usually within two weeks send us your menu as a PDF or photos; we load it, you check it before going live, and we print your QR cards and train your staff.
What does it cost for more than one location?
Each location is $200 a month, or $2,000 a year if you pay annually. There are no per-table, per-order or per-user fees.
| Locations | Monthly plan, per month | Annual plan, per year | Commission |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $200 | $2,000 | 0% |
| 2 | $400 | $4,000 | 0% |
| 3 | $600 | $6,000 | 0% |
| 5 | $1,000 | $10,000 | 0% |
After the first 30 days free. The annual plan is paid once a year. No tax is added.
Is a flat fee cheaper than a commission?
It depends on your sales. At a 1% fee, $200 a month equals $20,000 of monthly orders; at 5%, it equals $4,000. Above those amounts a flat fee costs less; below them, a per-order fee costs less.
Some QR ordering tools are cheaper than $200, and some charge per order or per payment instead. We worked through three example restaurants with published vendor prices, so you can see where WaiterPilot is and isn't the cheaper choice: flat fee vs commission, worked out.
