This policy covers waiterpilot.com, its demo form and the emails you send us. The site counts visits without cookies and stores no IP addresses. If you fill in the form, we keep what you type so we can answer you and follow up, and we never sell it. Broadnet Technologies LLC is responsible for your data. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Broadnet Technologies LLC.
What does this policy cover?
The waiterpilot.com website, its demo and contact form, and emails you send us.
It doesn't cover the WaiterPilot product that restaurants use with their guests. That is explained on privacy and data and in the service agreement with each restaurant.
For reference, the service providers that help run the product are: Cloudflare (network and website), a US cloud storage provider for backups and menu images, a cloud AI service used only to read restaurant menu documents during setup (no guest data), browser push services for staff alerts (no content), and Stripe for restaurant billing.
What do we collect?
What you type into the form or send us by email, a visit count without cookies, and the technical data our hosting provider handles.

How do we use it?
To answer you, follow up about WaiterPilot, and run the website.
We use what you send us to reply, arrange a demo if you want one, and follow up about WaiterPilot. We use the visit count only as totals, to improve the site.
Who else handles it?
Cloudflare, which hosts the website, receives the form and carries our email.
Cloudflare handles this data for us as our hosting provider. Its own privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Do we sell your data?
No. We never sell or rent your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Does this site use cookies?
Our visit counter doesn't.
It counts page views without storing anything on your device and without storing your IP address. The site has no advertising or social media trackers.
How long do we keep it?
As long as we need it to answer you and follow up.
When we no longer need it, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
What can you ask us?
Write to [email protected] to ask for any of these. We may need to confirm it's you before we act.

- Deletion of your details.
- No more follow-up from us.
- Any other right you have under the law where you live.
Is this site for children?
No. It is for restaurant owners and their teams, and we don't knowingly collect children's details.
